Discover what robs you of your happiness, then either change it or let it go ........also be picky who you surround yourself with ....find persons who build you up not drag you down, leave you feeling low....

....and just as you seek such persons....be such a person

Cancel your "stinkin thinkin" and replace it with positive ....when painful thoughts over run your mind, become aware and CHOOSE to replace them with a lovely thought or picture.
